We are a brotherhood forged in the outdoors - finding strength in nature, connection, and shared challenges.

Through group hikes and wellness activities, we push each other forward and rise together in an empowering way.

Our mission is to redefine masculinity with courage, honesty, and purpose - embracing both strength and vulnerability as marks of true character.

This is more than an outdoor adventure. It’s a call to step up, to grow, and to be part of something extraordinary.

No ego or bravado - this is about growth, discipline, and learning to stay calm under pressure. 🧘🏻‍♂️

Through movement, we build confidence.
Through challenge, we build resilience.
Through shared experience, we build brotherhood.

The @habitatjiujitsuperth Team are bringing the fundamentals of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu into a safe, beginner-friendly environment.

No experience needed. Just show up ready to learn.

What to bring;
- Sports T-shirt and Shorts (no pockets preferred)
- Optional Mouth Guard
- Towel

In nothing but our budgie smugglers and trainers, we run as a show of solidarity, brotherhood, and courage.

We run for those we’ve lost too soon, and for the men still fighting battles in silence.

We run to remind each other that we’re not alone and that even in discomfort, we can find joy, purpose, and a reason to keep moving forward.

FREE MENS EVENT, WEDNESDAY 5:30PM

This first installment of ‘Warrior Flow’ will consist of entry level kicking techniques lead by @_coops . Using it as a way to channel our masculine ’Yang’ energy. Releasing stress in a controlled and safe environment 🔥

Then slowing down and grounding ourselves in stillness. Connecting to our bodies via breath and static poses in a ‘Yin’ Practice, Lead by @thefrequencyofyoga 🧘🏻‍♂️ ✨

Please Allocate Two Hours / 5:30pm-7:30pm at;

No Gym Membership Required.

Please bring a towel and water bottle.
Everything else is supplied.
